All products for return or exchange must be unused, and in the original condition in which they were received, with labels attached and the original packaging intact.

Because all of our pieces are handmade in small quantities, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire production process, we must limit our exchange and return times.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges on made-to-order items, nor can we accept international exchanges or returns.

Returned shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?

All our products are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped. However, should you find any damage upon receipt, please contact us at sales@almalobo.com, and include your order number.

Returns

Contact sales@almalobo.com within five business days of receipt of your purchase.

In the subject line, please include “Request for Return” and your order number. Returned items (in the condition described above) will be 100% refunded.

Refunds are generally processed upon receipt, but may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank.
